Attach
In March 2024, all dry drivers will gain access to the attach/detach functionality in Trailer Solutions. It is for dry empty trailers only. This process will automatically update the trailer for all drivers and personnel.

If you don't have access and believe you should, please contact your Driver Manager or Driver Leader.
Accessing Attach/Detach
In your Pointe/KT Mobile dashboard, click "Manage Empty Trailer - Dry."
Attaching to a New Trailer
Scan the trailer's QR code or enter the trailer number manually. Confirm the trailer number and continue.

Trailer Assessment
Mark damage-free areas with a thumbs up, and damaged areas with a thumbs down.
Specify the damaged area on the diagram and add a short description of the damage.
Submit your assessment "I'm ready to take possession," or simply report the trailer as damaged by clicking "Virtual Red Tag." Confirm reported damage. Report whether it is DOT compliant and safe.
Confirm you will take possession. If need be, call Breakdown or OnRoad.

If you receive a "Something Went Wrong" error, please contact your Driver Manager or Driver Leader, as the attachment may have failed to submit.
