Welcome Screen
From the app's welcome screen, you will see: "Find a Trailer" view, or "Select a Trailer" view if you're at a customer location. You can also choose to Attach a Trailer from this screen if you already have a trailer solution.
"Find a Trailer"
This view is intended to help you find trailer options when you're not at a customer location. When you find a trailer you'd like, you can get directions for navigation.

If you’re not at a customer, you will see a list of up to 5 trailer solution options.

Notice in the above example, Dick's Sporting Goods is a customer location. The "2" indicates the number of available trailers on site.
Customer Information

Click on the customer name to see distance, drive time, ETA, and number of trailers available.

Click on the light grey right arrow to view the individual trailer numbers available at that site, in case you need to provide that information to a guard shack.

Click on an individual trailer to see distance, drive time, and ETA.

You can toggle through your trailer solution options with the arrow buttons.

If you are already next to the trailer, you can click "I'm ready to attach now" to jump into the attach/detach workflow.
"Get Directions"
Once you choose a trailer solution, click “Get Directions.” The directions will be sent to your navigation app: Pointe or KT Mobile.
Holding Your Chosen Trailer:
Once you click “Get Directions,” the trailer you are navigating to is held for you. While we can’t guarantee the trailer solution, we won’t dispatch anyone to it while you’re en route.
Once you get directions, you will see a thank you screen. Exit the app and go to your navigation tool.
When you arrive, click "Find a Trailer" again.

Green Trailer Pin- We will show the trailer that is being held for you in green. If you ever exit and come back into the app, it will appear in both "Find a Trailer" and "Select a Trailer" view.
