Systematic Trailer Tags
Some tags are added/removed from trailers automatically, based on logistical data, whereas manually created tags are created by operations users.
Note: Be aware that there is overlap, where tags may be added manually but removed systematically, and vice versa.

Inactive
An Inactive Tag is used to flag trailers that have been sitting for an extended period. For trailers that are showing stationary for 30+ days and in the Available or Customer (locked down or held for customers) status buckets, you will now see this Inactive Tag.
This visibility will help the Trailer Team, Account Managers, Planners, and other operations groups identify the trailers that are the highest priority to get moving.

Loaded Unknown tag
Loaded Unknown
We created a Loaded Unknown tag to account for trailers that are showing loaded but are not dispatched on a load, loaded at a customer, being used by logistics, or being leased by/dedicated to a specific customer.
This will add visibility to trailers to ensure that all loads and cargo are accounted for, ensure that trailers are being properly utilized and do not sit for an extended period with unidentified product, and help identify trailer misuse.

Rogue
The Rogue tag has been devised to flag trailers that we suspect have been, or are currently being moved without proper authorization. To be assigned this tag, a trailer must fulfill the following 3 criteria:

-
It should be in one of the following states: Available, Ready (Knight Only), or Missing.
-
It must not be connected to an asset driver or a 3rd party driver.
-
The GPS ping of the trailer should indicate a distance of 50 miles from the location of the last loaded call, empty call, or attachment.

Repairs Needed/Critical Repairs Needed
Both of these are added systematically, but can be removed manually.

The Repairs Needed tag distinguishes trailers with damage reported, but haven't been pulled into a shop. Critical Repairs Needed are similar, but the indicated damage has been marked as not DOT safe.
This helps operations users and drivers by creating better visibility on trailers that are damaged, so drivers are not mistakenly sent to them as empty trailer options. This also enables shops and trailer teams to pull up trailers with the tag by region/city and work to get them repaired.
Trailers with the Critical Repairs Needed tag are also removed from Available Trailer options in Trailer Solutions and in the Available Quick Search in the Asset Tracker.
